Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, for any reason. Here is exactly how.
How to request deletion

Send a message to info@lmwlabs.faith with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Tell us how to find you
Include whichever applies: the email address or phone number you gave us on a form, and/or your Instagram username if you commented on one of our posts. We need this to locate your data — we cannot delete what we cannot identify.

We confirm
We delete what we hold and email you a confirmation within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
What we delete
- —Project intake form submissions — your name, email, business details, and anything you wrote in the form.
- —Any file you uploaded with an intake form.
- —Leak audit submissions — your answers, business details, email address, and phone number.
- —Instagram comment data our tooling has stored, including comment text, your username, and account ID.
We may need to keep a limited record where the law requires it — for example, a payment record we are obligated to retain for tax purposes. If that applies to your request we will tell you exactly what was kept and why.
Instagram comments
If you commented on one of our Instagram posts, you can delete that comment yourself at any time inside the Instagram app — press and hold the comment, then choose delete. That removes it at the source.
To also remove anything our own tooling has stored, email us using the steps above and include your Instagram username. Note that Meta holds Instagram data independently of us, under its own privacy policy — we can only delete our copy. Your Instagram privacy settings stay under your control inside the app.
