What Was Built
Public-facing site for coaches and parents. Telegram bot for no-code content management. Relationship intelligence CRM to track the network. AI layer to scan player stats, rank athletes, and match them to program fits.
Why it matters
The platform surfaces and operationalizes relationships that previously existed only in his head. A consultant becomes a platform.
